Abaad Launches Updated Website with Five New Studies on Yemen & the Region

Abaad Studies and Research Center launched its new website: an updated version of the older website that was launched in 2017. For six years, the Center has published more than 200 studies including ( Situation Assessment,  Case Analysis,  Geopolitics, Fıles, and  Case Report(, in both Arabic and English, in addition to monitoring and translation services since 2022.

Despite the war that actually led to suspending the functioning of the center between 2015-2017, the new website has incorporated some of the archived publications of the center since its inauguration in 2011. Many studies were lost due to events, the confusion caused by the war and the closure of the head office in Sana'a.

With the inauguration of the new website, the Center launched several recent studies on the current situation in Yemen and the region. On November 10, a study on the Russian role in the Yemeni Crisis was published. On November 21, a position paper on the Implications of the Saudi-UAE Differences for Yemen's Peace Process was published. This was followed by a case analysis on Washington's strategy in the Red Sea, which was published on November 27. On December 3, a geopolitical study on China's influence in the Horn of Africa, and case analysis of the Impact of the War on Gaza on Regional and International Security in the Southern Red Sea.

In the future, the updated website will provide some special services and will provide links of interactive platforms of future Abaad programs. It will also send the Abaad newsletter to subscribers. Moreover, all previous studies and issues will be published with the barcode system to facilitate downloading and reading them on all devices that support the service.

The updated website facilitates browsing and navigating its services in Arabic, English and the pdf. There are also mobile and tablets versions in addition to the computer version.

The website is also linked to Facebook and X and LinkedIn, which can be accessed through the website. It also offers subscriptions to messaging services on WhatsApp and Telegram.
